About Me

I'm a Data Analyst at Straive with 2+ years turning complex, multi-source datasets into decisions for an international commercial real estate research client — strong in SQL and advanced MS Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas), Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and exploratory analysis, and Power BI (DAX) and Tableau for dashboards that make KPIs clear to non-technical partners. I own recurring reporting end to end and mentor a team of 4 analysts, and I also work as an AI-augmented engineer — building custom tooling that cuts a 15-minute manual task to 5 minutes, automates weekly client reports the moment new data lands (saving about 3 hours a week), and reconciles new client data against my own dataset to isolate only new deals, cutting a week-long file-processing job to 2 days. Wrote and optimised SQL queries — joins, CTEs and window functions — to reconcile and stage transaction data, cutting database update turnaround from 2 days to 1 day, a 50% efficiency gain.

A shared household shopping list that lives on a kitchen corkboard: whatever one person pins shows up on everyone else's phone immediately, with a push notification when something is added or bought. Built on React Native and Expo with a Supabase backend — email OTP login, row-level security scoped per household, realtime Postgres sync and an activity feed maintained by database triggers.

Type a company name and get its direct and ultimate parent, cross-referenced across three public registries — GLEIF, Wikidata and Companies House — with a confidence rating and an Excel-safe CSV at the end. One HTML file with no dependencies, a scoring pass that demotes the pension schemes and employee trusts that share a group's exact name, and a human gate that stops to ask when two candidates tie.

Business Web Scraper

Paste one website link and get a single spreadsheet back: every location the site lists, scored against 40-plus business attributes, with the sentence from the page that proves each answer. Python and BeautifulSoup, no headless browser — discovery falls back from page links to sitemaps to the store locator's own JSON feed, and two QC passes flag anomalies for review instead of overwriting them.
