Privacy Policy

This site is a personal portfolio. It does not use analytics, cookies, or tracking scripts, and it does not sell or share any information with third parties for marketing purposes. It uses one sub-processor, detailed below, to relay contact-form messages.

Sub-processors

The contact form above is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-relay service that receives the name, email address, and message you submit and forwards them by email. Web3Forms acts as a data sub-processor for this purpose only — the submitted data is not used for any other purpose, and no account or password is required to send a message. See Web3Forms' own privacy policy for how it handles submissions in transit.

What isn't collected

There is no analytics script, advertising pixel, or cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to. The only data jerish.in ever receives is what you choose to type into the contact form — nothing is collected just by browsing the pages.

Data retention

Contact-form submissions are delivered straight to email and are not stored in any database here. Web3Forms' own retention terms govern how long a submission exists on their systems in transit; see the link above.

Hosting

jerish.in is hosted on Vercel, which may log standard request metadata (such as IP address and request timing) for security and performance purposes. These are Vercel's own infrastructure logs, not application-level tracking.

Your rights

Since a message you send stays only in an inbox, exercising access or deletion is simple: email the address below and ask for the earlier message to be found and removed. There is no account, profile, or stored history to manage beyond that single email thread.

Changes to this policy

If what's collected or how it's processed changes, this page will be updated and its date revised accordingly.
